Payment details: handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: browser type, device information, pages visited, cookies and similar technical data.

To confirm bookings, quote fares and dispatch vehicles;
To contact you before and after your trip, including driver contact and flight-change updates;
To provide customer support and handle complaints and refunds;
To keep the website secure and improve our service;
To meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We share it only:

With the partner fleet and driver handling your trip — only the name, phone number and trip details needed to complete it;
With service providers — payments, SMS, cloud hosting and similar, acting on our behalf;
When required by law — or to protect the safety of passengers and drivers.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, handle after-trip matters and meet legal requirements such as tax and accounting, then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time, or withdraw consent to marketing messages. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and access controls. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Rides for children must be booked by an adult.
